COVID-19 Unemployment Insurance Update

Thank you for visiting Uplink CSS to file your unemployment insurance claim. Please review the below important messages prior to logging on:

  • ONLINE FILING ON SUNDAY/MONDAY: Due to the number of people filing online on Sundays and Mondays, the Uplink system might be slow. It is recommended that you file later in the week for an improved filing experience.
  • CONTACT CENTER: Due to high call volume, waits will be longer than usual. We are responding as quickly as possible. Visit to access instructions, frequently asked questions and tutorials.
  • VERFICATION EMAILS: If you registered and did not get a verification email, please wait at least 24 hours before requesting another email. Repeated requests for new emails have resulted in further delays. Thank you for your patience.
  • FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD: If you have an Uplink CSS account but cannot log-in because you forgot your username or password, you should:
    • To reset yourself: choose "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password". You will be prompted to enter your SSN, date of birth, and other information to confirm your identity. You will then be able to create a new username or password.
    • If you cannot reset it yourself, email: Include your full name, the last four digits of your SSN, your current mailing address, and a phone number where you can be reached. Please be sure to let us know if you need username assistance or password assistance.
