Clicking on GO TO MY HOMEPAGE, will take you to a summary of your most recent claims activity. From here you can navigate anywhere else in the system.  

RESUME MY CLAIM is accessible to you when you have started a claim and left the application before you were done. Clicking on RESUME MY CLAIM will take you back to the claim you started previously; you will be taken back to the point where you stopped.  

FILE MY WEEKLY CLAIM is accessible to you when you have filed an initial application for benefits and you are eligible to file a weekly claim. Clicking on FILE MY WEEKLY CLAIM will take you directly to the weekly claim screen to file your claim for benefits for the current week and two back weeks if you are behind.   

FILE A NEW CLAIM is available when you do not have an active unemployment claim.  Clicking on FILE A NEW CLAIM will take you to the beginning of the application for benefits.  

REOPEN MY CLAIM is accessible to you when you have filed an application for benefits within the past year but you have not filed weekly claims for a three week period.  Clicking on REOPEN MY CLAIM will take you to a claims application to request your claim be started again.

The link BENEFITS HELD-PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION will be accessible to you when questions have arisen which are holding any benefits for which you might be eligible.  

Clicking on BENEFITS HELD-PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION will take you to questions which must be answered before we can determine whether you are eligible for benefits.

You will not get benefits until we have the information we need to make the eligibility determination. Provide this information as soon as you can.
