Contribution Report History

The Contribution Report History is a record of your quarterly Contribution Report filings.  It contains the following information:

• Quarter and Year

• Total Gross Wages

• Total Taxable Wages

• Computed Tax

• The status of the report when it was filed, e.g. Filed on Time, Late Report

You may see additional details for a particular quarter and year by clicking on “Details.”
