Wage Report History

The Wage Report History is a record of your quarterly Wage Report filings.  It contains the following information:

• Quarter and Year

• UI-1 (Contribution Report) Gross Wages

• UC-5 (Wages Report) Gross Wages

• Any difference between the wages reported on the UC-1 and UC-5
