Check existing UI Account

If you currently do not have a Indiana State Unemployment Tax account and are not actively reporting payroll to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development please select “no” from the drop down menu.

If you currently have an Indiana State Unemployment Tax account and are actively reporting payroll to the Department of Workforce Development please select “Yes”.    By selecting “Yes” you are going to establish a user logon account that will be tied to your existing State Unemployment Tax account.  If you have an Indiana State Unemployment Tax account but are not currently reporting payroll to the Department please call 1-800-891-6499.

If you previously established a user logon account and have forgotten your username or password please go back to the logon screen and select the “Forgot Password?” or “Forgot Username” button. 

If you previously established a user logon account and you want to add additional users you will need to logon using your initial username and password and select “User Maintenance” on the left hand side of your screen.
