External User Account Maintenance

The User Account Maintenance screen for external users allows a user with administrator rights to edit contact information and authorization levels for external users.

Authorization Level Definitions:

Profile View- The agent will be able to view your tax account profile information such as addresses, phone, responsible parties, contacts, and correspondence agent assignments.

 

Quarterly Report Update – The agent will be able to file your Quarterly Reports, make a payment on your behalf, and view your Quarterly Report and payment history.

 

Quarterly Report Update – The agent will be able to view your Quarterly Report and payment history.

 

Administrator – The agent will have access and update capability to all screens available to the employer and gives them the ability to add, delete, and update user logon account information.
