Forgot Username

If you forget your username:

Please enter the current email address you entered in your user logon account information.

 If you have updated your email address using User Maintenance, you will need to

use the updated email address.  This email address should be the email address that

was entered with the username, not the email address entered with the contact information during the Unemployment Insurance Tax account registration process.

Once the email address has been verified, you will receive an email providing you

with your username.

If you do not remember the email address you provided please call the Department of Workforce Development help desk at 1-800-891-6499.  For your protection you will be asked to answer the security question you entered when you initially created your logon account.
