Update Employer Legal Information

You may update your Primary Mailing Address and Telephone/Fax Numbers from this page. Type in the correct information and click “Update.”  You will receive a confirmation that the legal information has been successfully updated.  After you have received the confirmation you may Logoff or make another selection from the menu.

If you need to change any of the other Legal Information on this page, such as business name, dba, etc. please contact DWD.
