Update Locations

You may view (Details), Delete, Edit, and Add the addresses of your additional Indiana business locations other than the Primary Address provided on the Legal Information page.  Location numbers will be assigned as you add addresses. If you need to update your Primary Address, please do so on the Legal Information page.

After you have updated, added, or deleted a Location, you may Logoff or make another selection from the menu
