Quarterly Report Certification

The Quarterly Report Certification page provides you the opportunity to review the data you have entered for the specific quarter and year.  The page provides a summary of data you are going to submit on the Contribution Report and/or Wage Report.

You may cancel or edit the quarter and year by clicking on “Cancel.”  Depending on the reporting option you selected on the Quarterly Reporting Options page, you will either be returned to the Contributions Report Details, Wage Details, or Quarterly Reporting Options page.

You may also edit data by clicking on the “Edit” button that corresponds to that data on the page.

We recommend you print the Quarterly Report Certification page for your record keeping before clicking on the certification.
