Liability Payments

Total or partial payments for outstanding SUTA liabilities or Incumbent Worker Assessment(s) may be made on-line by selecting “Make Payment” or “Liabilities” on the left hand navigation bar and then click the “Pay” button next to either Quarterly Contributions or Incumbent Worker Assessment.

Payment options include printing a payment coupon or paying by credit card or E-Check (certain convenience fees will be applied).  You may also select to pay by printing a payment coupon and mailing it in with your check.  Payments mailed in with a payment coupon will be applied to your oldest liability.
