Register Employer FEIN

Your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is the number assigned by the IRS and can be found on your Federal Form 940 - FUTA Tax Return and Form 941- Quarterly Tax Return.  If you do not have an FEIN, please click on the “get a FEIN now” link to access the IRS online application process.  You cannot proceed with your unemployment tax registration application without an FEIN.
