Assign Correspondence Agents

A Correspondence Agent is a pre-registered third party person or company that you want to receive your Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax, Benefit, and/or Appeals reports and notices.  To select an agent, click “Search” and enter your agent’s name or company name.  The first 40 closest matches will be provided.  You may select only one person or company for each correspondence category, one Tax agent, one Benefit agent, and one Appeals agent.

 

If the person or company you want to receive your UI correspondence is not listed, that person or company must register as an agent with DWD before you can list them as your correspondence agent.  After they register, you can return later to add them to your account.  

 

You must certify your selection(s) before they are committed to your account.   

 

You may also grant authorization for an agent to have view-only or full maintenance/reporting access to your UI account. The authorization for this access is entered within User Maintenance as an external user, from the left hand navigation page, after you have completed the registration process.

Update Assign Correspondence Agents

You may view (Details), Delete, and Add correspondence agents.  After you have done so, you may Logoff or make another selection from the menu.
