Please select from the drop down listing the “Industry Title” that best describes your primary business activity.

Then select the “NAICS Code/Description” from the dropdown listing that further describes that activity. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is the standard used by Federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments for the collection, analysis, and publication of statistical data related to the business economy of the U.S.  The dropdown listing will guide you in selecting the proper code.  

Please also provide a text description of your business activity in the “Please enter a detailed description of your primary business activity” box.  This description will assist DWD staff in determining if the correct NAICS and Industry Title were selected.
