Certification

The certification screen provides an overview of all the information you have entered in the registration process.  Most information areas have an “Edit” link that when clicked will return you to the screen of the original entry so you can correct any incomplete or inaccurate information.    After you have updated the data, click on the “Next” button and you will be returned to the certification screen, with your information updated.  

We strongly suggest that you print the information on the Certification/Registration Summary page.

You must click the “I certify…” box to complete the registration information.  A confirmation number will be provided upon completion.  We also suggest that you print the Confirmation page.
